    We can also provide a tear down estimates, For small equipment is half an hours labor and large equipment is an hour. TearDowns may be returned in a disassembled state but can be reassembled for a fee. Estimates are to be paid in advance and will be applied toward your total bill if you opt to repair (conditions apply for estimates)

They knew the issue every time and helped me get my return to Lowe's done (Troy Bilt offered a return because it came back with the same known issue twice). They made the warranty process super easy. The second time they were very busy, but it was around the beginning of the summer. I'll be calling them for my Cub cadet mower soon and update this post!

  • So here is the deal. If you are looking for something to get fixed quickly and for the people to be super polite, this isn't the place. However, I have been there dozens of times and they sold me parts as well as helped me fix it myself, and that to me is more valuable than going somewhere else paying $200 and getting scammed while they smile. Very honest people work here.
